1. Getting your account set up
Add the children and teachers in your school and organise them into their classes. If you already have an EdShed product like Phonics Shed or MathShed and have done your set-up for these, then most of this will already be complete. View our guide to adding pupils here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GVuZTkNcQEM.
3. Explore our interface
Here you will find our Spelling Shed scheme is split into 'Stages', which are the same as year groups. Everything you need to teach each lesson is found within the scheme. It is designed for you to teach one lesson per week, with detailed lesson plans and resources, as well as accompanying games for you to assign to pupils. Grammar teaching slides, pupil games and quizzes are also available in full for you to use and provide full curriculum coverage!
4. Set work for pupils
You can set spelling games for pupils to access through their logins, to practise weekly spelling patterns. In addition, you can set assessments this way, as well as grammar arcade games and quizzes. To set assignments for pupils see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nQWaP6rCj8U
