How to change pupil passwords

How to change pupil passwords

To reset an individual pupil's password:

1. Visit the pupil's Pupil Details page.
2. Click the 'change' padlock icon button icon in the top right of the box in the Pupil Details screen.
3. Enter a new password or click “Generate Random”

To reset passwords for a whole group:

1. Visit the Group page for that group.
2. Click 'set passwords'.
3. Enter a new password or click “Generate Random”

Admins can also reset passwords in the 'all pupils' page.
