Email address already in use
If you get a duplicate email address error, it means that you already have an EdShed user account.
1. Please go back to the sign in page, enter your email address and use the forgot password link to reset your password if needed.
2. If this account is not linked to your current school subscription, go to the main EdShed homepage once you have signed in, click on the ‘Switch account’ button on the right hand side of the page and click the + symbol.
3. Enter your school joining code (Admins can find this in the Teachers page) and click ‘Join Organisation’
4. You can move between accounts by using the ‘switch account’ button and clicking ‘manage’.
